CS TLSD - Call for Presenters

Do you have a bright-and-stunning impressive idea and willing to present it to an audience of hundreds of creative people? CSIFestive 2012 Committee is currently accepting presentation submissions for CouchSurfing Teach Learn Share Day (CS TLSD), scheduled in Bali for the Youth Pledge Commemoration Day: Sunday October 28, 2012.  

CS TLSD is a special Pecha Kucha one-off event in collaboration with partners in different fields; organized as a part of CouchSurfing Indonesia Festive 2012. More about Pecha Kucha here.

What you will need:

• That bright-and-stunning impressive idea of yours (emphasized: not other's, we don't accept plagiarism)
• 20 JPEG images of 1024x768 pixels in landscape orientation. You'll have 20 seconds to casually explain each image before the presentation automatically moves on to the next image. Keep in mind that Pecha Kucha presentations are about ideas and those ideas allow the audience to learn, expand their perspectives, and leave the night with something new on their mind.

Submission guide:

• Let us know if you are interested by emailing csif2012[at]yahoo[dot]co[dot]id with your full name, title (i.e. architect, designer, student, teacher, activist, etc.), and write a 250-word summary statement on what you want to talk about. 
• Upon our reply, please prepare prepare 20 JPEG images of 1024x768 pixels in landscape orientation with your name(xxx) and numbers (1~20) on your JPGs. (e.g. Bryan01.jpg, Bryan20.jpg)
• There will be an introductory slide prior to your set of 20, where your name will be projected. We will briefly introduce you before your presentation.
• We need to have your images ahead of time—today is not too early, for instance. Deadline to submit your application is September 28, 2012. Once you're in the lineup, we'll let you know, list your presentation on the site, etc.

Punya ide super cemerlang yang inspiratif dan ingin mempresentasikannya di depan ratusan orang kreatif sepertimu? CSIFestive 2012 Committee menerima pendaftaran untuk acara CouchSurfing Teach Learn Share Day (CS TLSD), yang akan diadakan di Bali pada peringatan Sumpah Pemuda: Minggu 28 Oktober, 2012.  

CS TLSD adalah suatu acara Pecha Kucha lepas yang diadakan berkat kolaborasi dengan berbagai pendukung acara; sebagai bagian dari rangkaian acara CouchSurfing Indonesia Festive 2012. Lebih lanjut mengenai Pecha Kucha disini.

Yang kamu perlukan:

• Ide super cemerlang yang menginspirasi darimu (garis bawah: bukan ide orang ya, kita nggak ngedukung penyontek)
• 20 gambar JPEG berukuran 1024x768 pixel dengan orientasi landscape. Kamu akan punya 20 detik untuk menjelaskan tiap gambar secara santai sebelum presentasi berpindah otomatis ke gambar selanjutnya. Harap diingat bahwa presentasi Pecha Kucha adalah tentang ide, dan ide tersebut memungkinkan audiens untuk belajar, memperluas perspektif mereka, dan meninggalkan tempat acara dengan sesuatu yang baru di pikiran mereka.

Panduan pendaftaran:

• Beritahu kami kalau kamu tertarik dengan mengirimkan surel ke csif2012[at]yahoo[dot]co[dot]id beseta nama lengkap, title (mis. arsitek, desainer, pelajar, guru, aktivis, dll.), serta tulis rangkuman dalam 250 kata mengenai apa yang akan kamu bicarakan. 
• Sanbil menunggu jawaban dari kami, siapkan 20 gambar JPEG berukuran 1024x768 pixel dengan orientasi landscape dilengkapi nama kamu (xxx) dan nomor slide (1~20) pada tiap gambar. (mis. Bryan01.jpg,  Bryan20.jpg)
• Akan ada slide perkenalan sebelum 20 gambar tersebut, yang memuat nama kamu. Kami akan memperkenalkanmu pada audiens sebelum presentasi dimulai.
• Kami perlu gambar-gambarmu secepatnya—hari ini belom telat, kok. Batas akhir penerimaan pendaftaran adalah 28 September, 2012. Jika kamu terpilih, kami akan mengontakmu, menampilkan judul presentasimu dalam list, dll.
